How it works: Writing Services
Step 1
If you would like us to write web pages, business blog posts, eBooks and/or personal development content, get in touch with us via the Contact Us form, by email to info@rawritersforhire.com or the chat feature on this website. We’ll ask you a few quick questions about your project and arrange a Zoom or telephone call to discuss it further, if necessary.
Step 2
We will provide a personalized proposal for your writing project, including a quotation of the cost and a list of optional extras, together with the cost of each of these.
Step 3
If you would like to go ahead, please let us know by email. We will confirm milestones and deadlines for the project and will ask you to send all the notes, information and other details required before we can begin work on the project.
Stage 4
If you have chosen to have a one-hour Zoom brainstorming session to decide on subjects and titles for blog posts using keywords, we will schedule this session at a mutually convenient time during office hours. This is one of our optional extras – further details will be given in your proposal.
Frequently asked questions
No, not necessarily. If you already have a list of subjects, keywords, or titles that you would like to us to use, that would be great. If not, no worries! We can set up a one-hour brainstorming session on Zoom during which we will work with you to create a list of subjects and titles. Please note that this is an optional extra and carries an extra charge – please see your proposal for details and the additional cost.
If you would like us to suggest a list of subjects or titles, we would be happy to do so and would send them to you for your consideration and approval. Again, there would be an additional charge for this. Most clients find the one-hour brainstorming session to be beneficial, but the choice is entirely yours.
Absolutely! Whatever stage you’re at, we can help you to finish writing your eBook quickly and easily. If you have an outline and/or notes, we can ghostwrite your eBook for you. If you have written the first draft, we can transform it into a polished final draft that is ready to publish. If you’re almost there but are unsure of your sentence structure, grammar or punctuation, we can do a final edit or proofread, giving you confidence that your eBook is ready to publish.
We’ve written all of these in the past and would be happy to consider your project if it is within our field of expertise and experience. If we can’t help you, we’ll let you know and, if possible, we’ll try our best to refer you to another business that has expertise and experience in that area.
It’s important that anything we write for you sounds as if it’s been written by you and reflects your business’s tone of voice. We always send you a first draft by email, and we are happy to make any changes you require, so if you think the tone of voice is not in line with that of your business, please let us know and we will make the necessary adjustments. Often, adjustments are made for the first few pieces of work and then few, if any, adjustments are required after that.
A maximum of two rounds of revisions are included in the price, if required. Our experience shows that almost all clients are happy after one or two rounds of revisions. If a third round of revisions is required, there will be an additional charge. Please note that a revision does not include a substantial re-write, which also carries an additional cost.
Yes, we do! You can tailor our on-going, monthly blog post writing service to meet your exact needs, whether you require one blog post per month or three posts per week. We will agree a schedule of titles and delivery dates with you in advance. If you wish to cancel the service, all we ask is that you give us one month’s notice in writing.
Of course, we’d be happy to do that. We offer an editing service for articles, blog posts, press releases and other written materials. Our approach to editing is friendly and collaborative – we want to work with you to produce the best article possible! To find out what it would be like to work with us, request a free sample edit of 3-4 paragraphs of your article or blog post by email. This will be provided free-of-charge and without any obligation.
