Do I have to give you a list of subjects or titles before you can write blog posts or content for my business?

Accepted Answer

No, not necessarily. If you already have a list of subjects, keywords, or titles that you would like to us to use, that would be great. If not, no worries! We can set up a one-hour brainstorming session on Zoom during which we will work with you to create a list of subjects and titles. Please note that this is an optional extra and carries an extra charge – please see your proposal for details and the additional cost.

If you would like us to suggest a list of subjects or titles, we would be happy to do so and would send them to you for your consideration and approval. Again, there would be an additional charge for this. Most clients find the one-hour brainstorming session to be beneficial, but the choice is entirely yours.

Question 2

Can I send you photos or illustrations to use with the blog posts you write, or do you provide these?

Accepted Answer

Either way is fine. You can either use your own photos or illustrations or we can source royalty-free images for use with each blog post. If you choose the latter, there is an extra cost. Please see your proposal for further details.

Question 3

I have tried to write an eBook to give away to prospective customers, but I just don’t have the time to finish it. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Whatever stage you’re at, we can help you to finish writing your eBook quickly and easily. If you have an outline and/or notes, we can ghostwrite your eBook for you. If you have written the first draft, we can transform it into a polished final draft that is ready to publish. If you’re almost there but are unsure of your sentence structure, grammar or punctuation, we can do a final edit or proofread, giving you confidence that your eBook is ready to publish.

Question 4

I need to add one or two web pages to my website, but I just don’t have the time to write them. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Yes, of course, we’d be happy to help you write at least one new webpage for your existing website. Often business owners wish to add new web pages when adding new services or products, so we would be happy to write these for you or web pages on other subjects.

Can you write newsletters, case studies, press releases, brochures, and other marketing materials?

Accepted Answer

We’ve written all of these in the past and would be happy to consider your project if it is within our field of expertise and experience. If we can’t help you, we’ll let you know and, if possible, we’ll try our best to refer you to another business that has expertise and experience in that area.

Question 6

How can I be sure that you’ll get the tone of voice right?

Accepted Answer

It’s important that anything we write for you sounds as if it’s been written by you and reflects your business’s tone of voice. We always send you a first draft by email, and we are happy to make any changes you require, so if you think the tone of voice is not in line with that of your business, please let us know and we will make the necessary adjustments. Often, adjustments are made for the first few pieces of work and then few, if any, adjustments are required after that.

Question 7

How many rounds of revisions are included in the price?

Accepted Answer

A maximum of two rounds of revisions are included in the price, if required. Our experience shows that almost all clients are happy after one or two rounds of revisions. If a third round of revisions is required, there will be an additional charge. Please note that a revision does not include a substantial re-write, which also carries an additional cost.

Do you offer an on-going, monthly blog writing service?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do! You can tailor our on-going, monthly blog post writing service to meet your exact needs, whether you require one blog post per month or three posts per week. We will agree a schedule of titles and delivery dates with you in advance. If you wish to cancel the service, all we ask is that you give us one month’s notice in writing.

I’ve been asked to write an article for a publication but I’m not sure if my draft is good enough. Can you have a look at it and let me know?

Of course, we’d be happy to do that. We offer an editing service for articles, blog posts, press releases and other written materials.
