Hi, I’m Roz Andrews. I’m passionate about helping independent authors to write and publish books they are proud to publish. I have been writing and editing for all my working life, from working in marketing and market research to working with small and medium-sized publishing companies.

I set up RA Writers For Hire in 2016, primarily to provide web content and other written materials for businesses. I now specialize in editing and self-publishing books, mainly for independent authors, so RA Writers For Hire Ltd is now also trading as RA Book Editing.
I love collaborating with clients to improve their written work and to ensure that the final draft is easy-to-read, engaging, and error-free. I particularly enjoy working with first-time authors, guiding them through the whole writing, editing and self-publishing process. I am also happy to work with clients whose native language is not English.

Recently, I have worked with several inspiring authors to produce memoirs, autobiographies and self-help books. These include Defying the Odds and Listen To Your Heart by Pauline Thompson, Flying on the Inside and Reaching New Heights by Frankie Kington, Find Your FLOW: Take the Path of Mastery by John Bullock, and Speaking My Mind by Iain Girling.
I have set up Love Self-Published Books, an online publication, which gives self-published authors advice and allows them to publish extracts from their books, thus widening their readership. I also have a private Facebook group: Book Writing and Editing. Everyone who is writing a book – or thinking of writing a book – is welcome to join for friendly help and advice.
Whether you have just started writing a book or have already finished the first or final draft, I'm happy to work with you to complete a book you're proud to publish. I enjoy collaborating closely with my clients on the books they've written with love and care.
I have over 25 years' experience of writing, editing and proofreading books, as well as other materials such as market reports, training courses and articles.
As a writer myself, I understand that writing a book is not always easy and that working with someone else often makes all the difference!
